Willow Croft consists of 19 houses in Bourchier Close, 25 houses in Penruddock Drive, 4 houses on Cromwell Lane and 25 apartments in Hidcote House,18 apartments in Woodgate House and 30 apartments in Ryton House Total Houses = 48, Total Apartments = 73, Total Properties = 121
Built of the site of the Midlands Disabled Sports Centre, which moved to the Xcel Leisure Centre in Mitchell Avenue. Construction of the development was completed in 2011.

All residents are members of the company, agreed as part of the property purchase. This company was set up to look after the upkeep of the development and the interests of all residents. Four Directors who are all owners, represent all other owners and residents
As from 1st July 2023, Cannon Jones are now the agents for our development. They will now be dealing with all of our issues.
